VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please take note that it's absolutely necessary to make the Pre-registration
in order to obtain the password and user before to make the Final Registration to the Congress.

Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending any of the Congress Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received.

In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

Registration fees include:

Payment of the delegates and Ph-D student registration fee for the WCCE10+ECC11+ECAB4 congress grants access to:

  • Opening Ceremony and to the Welcome Reception,
  • All scientific and technical sessions,
  • Delegates’ congress materials,
  • Access to Expoquimia,
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Attendance certificate

Payment of the undergraduate student registration fee includes:

  • WCCE10 Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Access to S&T sessions for the undergraduate program (30th September-2nd October),
  • Access to Expoquimia,
  • Visit to industrial site,
  • Catering as indicate in the student program,
  • Attendance certificate

Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Badges and Security
It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the Congress venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions. For the Social Events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the General Secretariat and given to the registered participants onsite.

Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Congress. Neither the Organization nor the Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Congress.

Pending Amounts
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Congress Secretariat. In case that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Congress account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.

Terms and conditions

  • Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone requests. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat:

  • Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the current one.
  • If member or student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.
  • Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
  • All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
    • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
    • Credit Card Authorization form: you will receive automatically by e-mail our credit card authorization form. Please fill out the form and mail or fax it.
    • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until  September 1st , 2017
Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (E-mail: technicalsecretariat@wcce10.org)
  • Cancellations received up to August 1st 2017, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to September 1st 2017:  50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 2nd 2017: or registered participants who fail to attend.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.
  • Grupo Pacífico has block-booked rooms for the dates of the Congress. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability.
  • In case that the selected hotel was fully booked, we will assign you an available hotel with similar characteristics.
  • All rates are per room per night, including VAT, Touristic Tax (subject to change according to official order) and breakfast.
  • We advise all participants to request their hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation September 1st 2017.
  • Grupo Pacifico (GP) acts as organizing agency and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.
  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: technicalsecretariat@wcce10.org)
  • Cancellations received up to August 1st 2017: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to August 15th 2017 refund of 50% of hotel stay.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 1st 2017.
  • In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
* Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference.
